'At last, you can obtain professional superannuation valuations that won't cost a small fortune...'
We can provide a valuation report in respect of one or all of a client's interests - and their spouse's, at a very competitive cost. Our reports have the following important benefits:
- We also provide valuations in respect of all of the funds that have obtained approval to use scheme-specific methods and factors
- We read and interpret the information from the Trustee. Errors and ambiguities in the provided information commonly require interception and correction. Our fee includes that extra diligence
- We check the current status of the relevant trust deed, and whether the fund has recently been given approval for scheme specfic methods and factors
- We will contact the fund to clarify/confirm any relevant issues
- We always provide relevant commentary - in particular alerts where an interest does not quite fit the legislative valuation regime
- The reports are prepared by legally-qualified personnel
- The reports give exacting details of the calculation and legislative basis
We offer:
- Free Quotes
- Fee on brief procedure available
- Highest quality valuations
- Valuations include commentary, summary, and detailed calculations
What does the valuation report contain?
When you order a valuation report, you will receive a signed document containing the following sections:
Part 1 - Scope of brief, commentary and valuation summary
This part is kept as brief and quick to read as possible.
- The Scope of brief section lists all the documents and any other relevant instruction that the valuation is based on. It also lists each interest to be valued
- The commentary section makes note of any special issues that seem to apply to each interest
- The valuation summary table sets-out the name of each interest, its relevant date, and its valuation
Part 2 - Detailed Valuation Calculations.
This part contains the full workings of each valuation calculation, including legislation cross-references and an explanation of the legal basis for it.
Part 3 - Research and Materials.
This part contains copies of any special research material used in the valuation process. In the case of valuations for funds with scheme-specific methods, an extract of the relevant determination is included.
This section also contains a short resume of the reporter.
Part 4 - Source Documents
This part contains copies of all the source documents used in the valuation, so that the report is self-contained in all respects.
